Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioner, a work desk and a coffee machine. The hotel has a busy bar. Kitchenette was a big plus. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk

Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We spent 7 nights in apartment. There is restaurant Can Tomeu at the premises. By the way, they will charge you 5 eur per day for parking. Worth its 3 stars.
